Registration is $60 per person. (Registration received after April 12, 2012 will be $70).
Payment must accompany registration.
Please complete all steps and obtain a payment confirmation before finishing the process.
Donations are tax deductible and non-refundable. Luncheon seating is pre-assigned. Seminars and workshops are open seating.
CEU Credit Available: Continuing Education Credits for Nurses and Certified Case Managers will be available and administered by Scully Health Management, Inc. Florida Department of Heath Continuing Education Credits for Radiology Technologists pending.
